How to Update Your Payment Method
Keeping your payment method up to date ensures uninterrupted access to TBN+ Premium. The steps to update your billing information depend on how you originally subscribed.
Update Your Payment Method on the TBN+ Website (Web)
If you subscribed directly through the TBN+ website:
Go to www.tbnplus.com/login
Log in to your account
Click the user icon in the top right corner
Select Account
Navigate to the Subscription or Billing section
Select Update Payment Method
Enter your new payment details
Save your changes
Your updated payment method will be used for your next billing cycle.
Subscriptions Through Apple, Google, or Roku
If you subscribed through a third-party platform, your payment method must be updated directly through that provider.
Apple (iPhone, iPad, Apple TV)
Open the Settings app
Tap your name at the top
Select Payment & Shipping
Add or update your payment method
Google Play (Android)
Open the Google Play Store
Tap your profile icon (top right)
Select Payments & Subscriptions
Tap Payment Methods
Add or edit your payment method
Roku
Go to my.roku.com in a web browser
Sign in to your Roku account
Select Manage your subscriptions or Update payment method
Add or update your billing information
When Will My New Payment Method Be Charged?
Your new payment method will be used for your next scheduled billing date. If a payment recently failed, updating your payment method may trigger a retry charge
What Happens If My Payment Fails?
If your payment cannot be processed:
Your subscription may be temporarily interrupted
You may lose access to Premium features until the issue is resolved
Updating your payment method should restore access once the payment is successful
Tips to Avoid Billing Issues
Make sure your card has sufficient funds
Double-check that your billing details are accurate
Keep your expiration date and billing address up to date
