How Do I Cancel My TBN+ Premium Subscription?

1. Go to www.tbnplus.com/login. 

2. Login to your account. 

3. Select the user icon on the top right corner of the screen. 

4. Select “Account” 

5. Scroll down to the section labeled “Subscription” 

6. Select “Cancel Plan” 

7. You will be navigated to another screen, click “Cancel Plan” to confirm.  

8. There will be a quick optional survey. If you do not wish to provide feedback, click "Skip the Survey” and continue to step 10. 

9. Once you provide your feedback, click the blue “Submit” button.  

10. Click “Start Streaming” to watch TBN+ with ads.  

If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have an ad-free experience until the end of your paid subscription, and it will not auto-renew. You can find the final date of your subscription under your account information.
