How do I reset my password?

On a web browser, go to https://www.tbnplus.com/forgot-password

Enter your email address.

Click on the "Email me" button.

Check your email for an email with the subject line "TBN+ password reset."

In that email, you'll find a verification code. The verification code expires 30 minutes after receiving the email.

Go back to the webpage, and enter your verification code.

Click the "Submit" button.

On the next page, enter your new password and click the "Confirm" button.

You have successfully updated your password!
