Why Was I Charged for TBN+?

Edited

If you see a charge for TBN+, it usually means you have an active Premium subscription or a recent renewal. Below are the most common reasons you may have been charged and how to verify your account.

1. Your TBN+ Premium Subscription Renewed

TBN+ Premium is a recurring subscription that automatically renews at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annual, depending on your plan).

If your subscription was not canceled before the renewal date, your payment method will be charged automatically.

What to check:

  • Log in to your account at www.tbnplus.com/login

  • Go to Account, then Subscription

  • Look for your next billing date or recent charges

2. You Recently Signed Up for Premium

If you recently upgraded to TBN+ Premium, you may see a charge right away depending on the plan you selected.

This can happen if:

  • You upgraded from the free plan to Premium

  • You started a subscription after a promotional period

  • You confirmed a purchase on web, mobile, or TV

3. You Subscribed Through Apple, Google, or Roku

If you signed up using a third-party platform, the charge may appear through that provider instead of directly from TBN+.

Check for charges from:

  • Apple (App Store or iTunes)

  • Google Play

  • Roku

In these cases, you’ll need to review your subscription in that platform’s settings.

4. You Have More Than One Account

Sometimes users accidentally create multiple accounts using different email addresses. This can result in more than one active subscription.

What to do:

  • Try logging in with any other email addresses you may have used

  • Search your email inbox for “TBN+” receipts or confirmations

5. A Shared Device Was Used

If someone else has access to your device or account, they may have started a subscription without you realizing it.

Check the devices logged into your account or app store purchases on shared devices.

What Should I Do Next?

If you believe the charge is valid, you can continue enjoying TBN+ Premium benefits until the end of your billing period. You can also cancel anytime to prevent future charges. For step-by-step instructions, visit How Do I Cancel My TBN+ Premium Subscription?

Still Don’t Recognize the Charge?

If you’re unable to find the source of the charge:

  • Double-check your email for receipts from TBN+, Apple, Google, or Roku

  • Confirm which platform you used to subscribe

  • Contact TBN+ support with the email address(es) you may have used, the date and amount of the charge, and a screenshot of the transaction (if available). You can contact us at help.tbnplus.com

Important Notes

  • Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription

  • Canceling your subscription stops future charges but does not refund past payments

  • You will continue to have access to Premium features until the end of your billing cycle
