How to Request a Refund for TBN+
If you were recently charged for TBN+ and believe the charge was made in error, you may be able to request a refund. Refund eligibility and the request process depend on how you subscribed.
Before You Request a Refund
Before submitting a request, check the following:
Confirm whether your subscription renewed automatically
Review your billing date in your account settings
Check if a free trial recently ended
Look for receipts from TBN+, Apple, Google, or Roku
Many charges are the result of an active subscription that was not canceled before the billing date.
Refunds for Subscriptions Purchased on the TBN+ Website
If you subscribed directly through the TBN+ website, you can contact TBN+ support to request a refund.
When submitting your request, include:
The email address associated with your account
The date and amount of the charge
A brief explanation of the issue
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

Important Notes About Refunds

Canceling your subscription does not automatically issue a refund
You will typically retain access to TBN+ Premium until the end of your billing period, even if you request a refund
Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription
