I Canceled, But I’m Still Being Charged

Edited

If you canceled your TBN+ subscription but are still seeing a charge, there are a few common explanations. In most cases, the charge is related to timing, billing cycles, or where the subscription was originally purchased.

1. Your Subscription Renewed Before You Canceled

TBN+ subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. If you cancel after the renewal date, the charge for that cycle will still go through.

What this means:

  • You were billed for the next cycle before canceling

  • Your subscription is now canceled and will not renew again

  • You will continue to have Premium access until the end of the current billing period

What to check:

  • Log in to your account

  • Go to Account, then Subscription

  • Confirm your next billing date and cancellation status

2. You’re Seeing a Pending or Recent Charge

Sometimes a charge may appear shortly after canceling due to processing timing.

Payments can take a few days to fully process, so a charge you’re seeing may have been initiated before your cancellation was completed

3. You Subscribed Through Apple, Google, or Roku

If you subscribed through a third-party platform, canceling must be done through that platform’s settings.

If you only canceled on the TBN+ website but subscribed through Apple, Google, or Roku, your subscription may still be active. To resolve this, check your subscriptions on the platform that you used to sign up.

4. You Have More Than One Account

It’s possible to have multiple TBN+ accounts with different email addresses. If one account was canceled but another remains active, you may still be charged.

To resolve this, try logging in with other email addresses you may have used or search your inbox for TBN+ billing emails or receipts.

5. A Family Member or Shared Device Started a Subscription

If your account or device is shared, someone else may have started or maintained a subscription.

Check app store purchases on shared devices and who has access to your account.

What Should I Do Next?

If your subscription is canceled:

  • You will not be charged again moving forward

  • You can continue to use Premium features until the end of your billing period

If your subscription is still active, cancel it as soon as possible to avoid future charges. For step-by-step instructions, visit How Do I Cancel My TBN+ Premium Subscription?

Still Seeing Unexpected Charges?

If something doesn’t look right:

  • Check which platform billed you (TBN+, Apple, Google, or Roku)

  • Gather details like the charge date and amount

  • Contact TBN+ support with that information at help.tbnplus.com

Important Notes

  • Canceling your subscription stops future renewals, not past charges

  • Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription

  • Refunds are not guaranteed, but you can request one if you believe the charge was made in error. For more information on refunds, visit How to Request a Refund for TBN+.
