I Didn’t Receive My Password Reset Email

Edited

If you requested a password reset but didn’t receive the email, there are a few common reasons this can happen. Follow the steps below to troubleshoot and resolve the issue.

1. Check Your Spam or Junk Folder

Sometimes password reset emails are filtered out of your main inbox.

  • Check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders

  • Search your inbox for “TBN+ password reset”

  • Look for emails from TBN+ or tbn.org

2. Make Sure You Entered the Correct Email Address

If the email address entered doesn’t match an existing TBN+ account, you won’t receive a reset email. Double-check for typos or misspellings or try any other email addresses you may have used to sign up

3. Wait a Few Minutes and Try Again

It can take a few minutes for the email to arrive. Wait at least 5–10 minutes and if you still don’t see it, request a new reset email at www.tbnplus.com/forgot-password

4. Check Your Email Storage or Filters

If your inbox is full or has strict filters, emails may not be delivered. Make sure your inbox has available storage and check for filters that may be blocking or redirecting emails

5. Add TBN+ as a Safe Sender

To help ensure delivery, add TBN+ to your contacts or safe sender list. Then request a new password reset email

6. You May Not Have an Account Yet

If you never created a TBN+ account with that email address, you won’t receive a reset email.

If you’re unsure, try creating an account. Visit How to Create a TBN+ Account for detailed steps.

Still Not Receiving the Email?

If you’ve tried all of the steps above and still haven’t received your reset email, contact TBN+ support at help.tbnplus.com and provide the email address you’re trying to use and let us know you’re not receiving password reset emails.

Once you receive your reset email, follow the instructions to update your password. For step-by-step guidance, visit How to Reset Your TBN+ Password.
